I began my journey at Community Foundation as a the team Community Knowledge and Research Executive. Since then, I have taken on the responsibility of our facilities and HR.

As Operation & Research Manager, it’s my responsibility to improve operational management system processes and best practice to ensure the organisation is as efficient and cost-effective as possible. This includes managing our facilities and HR, increasing our technological abilities and making sure the team has everything they require to make a difference to the lives of people of Lancashire and Merseyside.

Whilst continuously developing both our community and commercial knowledge of Merseyside and Lancashire. This research gives us our specialist local insight, helping maximise the effects of our donor’s contributions and ultimately allowing us to be of greatest benefit to the community we serve..

Prior to working at the Community Foundation, I was a student in Liverpool John Moore’s graduating in 2016 with a first class honours in Business Management. It was at university that I developed a passion for the charity and voluntary sector, taking modules in CSR and creating a social enterprise for my final project.

In my spare time I enjoy staying active and spending time with family and friends.
