Celebrating Women in Business at the Enterprise Vision Awards
As we do every year, our team joined the Pink Link ladies to support fundraising at the Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAs).
The EVAs are the UK’s largest business awards dedicated solely to women. At their heart, these awards champion the women shaping the future of entrepreneurship. They recognise women who are not only building businesses but also creating positive impact and making a real difference in our communities.
This year, over 600 guests filled the room, creating an atmosphere that was electric. Perfectly aligned with the mission of the EVAs, all funds raised on the night were in support of the Lancashire Women’s Fund, managed by the Community Foundation for Lancashire.
The Lancashire Women’s Fund invests in women-led community groups across the county. Its focus is on supporting women who are most marginalised, helping them overcome barriers that prevent them from fulfilling their potential.
In total, the event raised over £3.800 for the Lancashire Women’s Fund.
Since its establishment in 2018, the Women’s Fund has distributed over £900,000 to projects that make a tangible, long-term difference to women’s lives. It prioritises projects that address key themes such as:
- Confidence, Aspiration & Self-Belief
- Domestic Violence & Abuse
- Mental Health & Wellbeing
- Social Isolation
We thank EVAs for shining a spotlight on outstanding women in business whilst funding new opportunities for women and girls across Lancashire.
