Public Sector Funds

We have extensive experience of managing significant public sector funds on behalf of national and local government bodies, including largescale emergency funding projects.

Working in partnership with the National Emergencies Trust (NET), and Lancashire Resilience Forum (whose members include local authorities and the emergency services), we managed our Lancashire Community Support Fund to support the most vulnerable during the Coronavirus pandemic. We have also implemented Flood Recovery Appeals to support our communities during emergencies.

We are currently managing the Know Your Neighbourhood Fund, a flagship government intiative, in partnership with the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. This aims to widen particpation and tackle loneliness across 27 disadvantaged communities across England.

We connect our donors and stakeholders to grass roots community groups who are seeking funding, offering bespoke advice, combined with a professional support service, which ensures sound management and due diligence through our long-established robust grant making expertise.

What you can expect:

  • Agile service delivery and a rapid response when needed
  • Targeted promotion of your fund to those grass roots community groups able to deliver your social impact goals
  • As part of our thorough assessment process, a shortlist of projects, to help you make informed decisions
  • Extensive due diligence to thoroughly check eligibility of applicants
  • Visits so you can see your projects in action
  • Regular reports so you see the real impact of the funds provided, and have case studies about those who benefit
  • A robust and diligent approach to managing and administering your funds
