Helping National Charities

We work in partnership with national charities and established trusts to increase efficiency in fund management, extend grant making reach, and make fund distribution more impactful.

Partnering with larger charities and national initiatives

Demonstrating our credibility and expertise, we have experience of partnering with large national charities, such as Comic Relief, WO Street, Local Trust, NHS Charities Together, and the National Emergencies Trust, to promote and distribute funds.

Working in partnership with the National Emergencies Trust (NET), who contributed £1.8m, and Lancashire Resilience Forum (whose members include local authorities and the emergency services), the Community Foundation for Lancashire set up the Lancashire Community Support Fund. This was to respond to urgent local need during the Coronavirus pandemic, to help those most vulnerable in our communities by supporting community and voluntary organisations on the frontline.  We have also managed urgent Flood Recovery Appeals to support our communities during emergencies.

Why work with us?

We have a vast experience of the sector and understand the challenges faced. With our expertise you will maximise the impact of funding, whilst our full support service removes the burden of managing your fund, ensuring due diligence. However, as we provide a partnership approach you will still play a crucial role in decision-making.

If you need to tap into our in-depth local knowledge to expand your reach and meet local need, then we are here to help.
