Join Our Team: Operations Manager & Executive PA

Community Foundations for Lancashire and Merseyside (CFLM) is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager & Executive PA to play a pivotal role in the smooth running and future development of our organisation.

This is a senior, trusted position combining operational leadership, governance coordination and high-level executive support. Working closely with the CEO and Deputy CEO, you will ensure CFLM operates efficiently day to day while also driving longer-term improvements that support our strategic ambitions, including income growth and financial sustainability.

About the Role

As Operations Manager & Executive PA, you will be the organisation’s operational lead, working across all departments and managing key external relationships in HR, IT and facilities. You will play a central role in governance processes, Board support and compliance, while also providing proactive, high-quality administrative support to senior leadership.

Role Details

Salary:

c. £40,000 (full-time equivalent), dependent on experience

Hours:

Part-time, 21 hours per week (on site)

Liverpool City Centre

Contract:

Permanent

Reports to:

CEO
