Seriun: Our newest member of Lancashire Investors in Community

Seriun

Seriun is an award-winning Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in the North West of England, delivering innovative IT support, telecoms, cyber security, and AI solutions.

Founded in 2003 by Justin Sherwood, the company has grown significantly, now operating from offices in Barrowford and Manchester, and supporting over 200 businesses across the UK and Europe. Following a management buyout in 2024, leadership transitioned to Richard Lee and Mark Edwards, marking a new chapter of strategic growth, including the launch of their AI division and Seriun Intelligence.

With a team of 47 specialists, Seriun provides excellent customer service through its pioneering XLA (eXperience Level Agreement) model. Its cyber security division, headed by Wayne Fulton, provides a full “Cyber as a Service” offering, including Cyber Essentials, penetration testing, and user training, now supporting over 80 organisations. Recognised by industry awards such as BIBA’s Service Business of the Year, Seriun is committed to helping businesses grow securely and efficiently through digital transformation.

“We’re proud to be joining the Community Foundation for Lancashire as their latest member. At Seriun, we’ve been supporting businesses across the North West since 2003, delivering IT, telecoms, cyber security and AI solutions. Our team works with over 200 organisations to help them stay secure, connected and compliant every day. We’ve joined the Foundation because we want to support the communities we work in. Their approach – connecting local businesses with grassroots charities and making sure funding reaches the people and places that need it most – really aligns with our values. We also welcome the opportunity to meet and build relationships with likeminded businesses. We’re looking forward to playing our part and learning more about where we can make a difference.”

Lancashire Investors in Community

The Lancashire Investors in Community initiative was created to bring together like-minded, socially responsible businesses, just like Seriun, to support the Community Foundation for Lancashire and, through it, vital grassroots groups across the region of Lancashire.

We are incredibly grateful to all the businesses that have joined LIiC since its establishment and continue to champion our work and mission.
